The House of St. Joseph the Workman Retreat

The House of St. Joseph the Workman held their annual retreat from July 13-15 with forty attendants. The retreat masters were Fr. Tom Dillon from the Good Shepherd Parish in Tallahassee and Fr. Isaac, a missionary from Peru and a member of their community who also participated. Their subject was faith especially as shown by St. Joseph in his roles of father and head of the Holy Family. They celebrated with worship and praise in the sanctuary and they were joined by the sisters for a special sacramental anointing service. Sr. Catherine made her profession to the Daughters of St. Joseph the Workman assisted by Mother Jenny and Brother Tom. Before leaving they spent some special time with the sisters.
