SR. SUSAN - POSTULANT

On July 22nd Susan Stacy began her formal initiation into the monastic life in our community. Susan is the daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Chuck Lord of Mobile, and has five brothers and a sister. After the death of her husband, Dennis, she began to feel an attraction to the consecrated life and decided to explore possibilities. The recent marriage of her daughter, Erin, left her free to follow her call to the cloistered contemplative life.

She brings to the community, besides her bright smile and generous spirit, a love for animals, a knowledge of bookkeeping, and an ardent desire to learn the observances of the religious life. She joins Sr. Theresa, who became a postulant in March.
